In recent days some new informations about HTC Flyer were leaked. While everybody hoped for high-end tablet, which will blow mind, the leaked informations are not that great.
Lets take a look at the specs:
- 7-inch, 1024×600 resolution scree
- Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255 processor
- HDMI port
- DLNA-enabled
- 5MP rear camera with LED flash and facial recognition
- 1.3MP front-facing camera for video chatting, with Skype preinstalled
- Android 2.3 Gingerbread
- Modded Sense for tablets
- HSPA connectivit
So it looks like it's rather gonna be competitor for Galaxy Tab, than for upcoming dual-core Motorola Xoom, launching soon with Honeycomb onboard. It wouldn't be bad, but consider, that Galaxy Tab is on a market for some time, and recently the prices of Samsung's tablet dropped. We all know, how HTC likes to overprice it's device, so it makes me think, if the new HTC tablet will really succeed...
