Acer presents unique Android device

Today in New Your Acer showed their new Android smartphone. It includes big 4.8-inch display, with 1024x480 screen resolution. It also features 720p recording camera, Bluetooth 3.0, 802.11n , HSDPA, and sort of metal casing.
It's good to see manufacturer presenting such an unique device, it will be for sure recognizable, among list of similar form smartphones which are on the market at the moment. It's also good to see, that Acer focused on improving the quality of materials used to produce their phones.
But I guess daily usability of such device won't be the greatest. Just imagine yourself trying to point something in the upper left corner of the screen, when holding the device in right hand, in portrait mode. Also making a phone call, by holding the device to your head won't be the best experience in my opinion.
Worrying is, that the unique screen resolution may be a problem for graphics-based applications, such as games.
The device is said to be launched in April 2011.
